I agree, I wish they happened more often, too! Deep conversations are the ones where you actually learn someone. Not learn ABOUT but you learn THEM. You learn how they observe the world, how they react to different ideas than their own, and a lot more. Small talk is so overrated these days, and I wish people would feel comfortable enough to start opening up to more conversations and possibilities like this. Myself included in that.
