Artos Learning Community Guidelines

These guidelines serve as a foundation for interactions, ensuring that all members, including students, parents, and educators, can engage safely and constructively.

Artos Learning is an online learning platform offering webinars, micro-courses, complete academic courses, social groups, and memberships. Our intention is for every participant to have a safe, enriching, and rewarding experience. We encourage the following guidelines and also remind users to take an active part in managing their own personal safety while using the Internet.

All members must treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. This means avoiding offensive or harmful language, respecting differing opinions, and engaging in constructive discourse. Please think before you post, considering how your words might affect others. It’s important that we all maintain a supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

Please do not share personal information about yourself or others, including contact details, addresses, and sensitive personal data. Respect the privacy of others by not disclosing private conversations or information about a person’s academic progress without consent.

Practice integrity and honesty in all your interactions. This includes avoiding plagiarism, misrepresentation of identity, and spreading false information. Give credit where credit is due by obeying copyright laws, whether you are an instructor or a student. Plagiarism and other forms of dishonesty about the origin of posts, essays, and other content is not appropriate in the classroom or in social groups associated with Artos Learning.

Contribute constructively to discussions, share educational resources, and support each other’s learning journeys. We encourage members to participate actively but thoughtfully, fostering an environment of mutual learning and growth.

To report inappropriate behavior, bullying, harassment, or any content that violates the community guidelines, complete the Community Guidelines Violation Report. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly to maintain a safe community for everyone.

We prohibit the sharing of offensive, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material. Sharing websites is encouraged as long as the content is relevant to the course and does not include offensive videos, foul language, or offensive images. Artos Learning is built on Christian values, and all communication within the learning platform should respect the philosophies and beliefs of the company founders.

We encourage responsible sharing of information and resources. However, please verify the accuracy of the information before sharing and cite sources where applicable. This guideline helps prevent the spread of misinformation and supports a culture of accountability and learning.

Keep your login credentials and other sensitive information private. Do not share your home address, phone number, email address, or other points of contact within discussion forums, social groups, or emails associated with the Artos Learning community.

Be mindful of language and content that could be exclusionary or offensive to others. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated, as the community is a place for everyone to feel valued and included.
