The Sunday School University Adult Bible Teacher Training Course

The Sunday School University Adult Bible Teacher Training Course is an introductory course designed to equip new and potential teachers and strengthen veteran teachers of adult Bible study classes to lead ongoing Bible teaching sessions effectively and rewardingly.

It is intended to be introductory in nature and will be part of a larger leadership development strategy that, ultimately, will address ongoing training and weekly teaching preparation related to the content of upcoming, Bible study lessons.

Initially, the course will consist of The Foundations Series; six lessons that will explore various elements of effective Bible teaching. It will then introduce a plan for taking additional lessons over time.

In The Foundations Series, each session will include a video presentation and listening guide intended to engage the participants in that lesson’s content.

A certificate of completion will be given when The Foundations Series is completed and upon completion of additional sets of Continuing Education (supplemental) lessons.

Churches are invited to create customized versions of the course in order to meet the specific needs of their church. Contact us if you’re interested.
