1. I am a graduate of Samford University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with over 40 years church experience as a church minister practitioner and church coaching strategist. I spent 30 years in 6 different churches as the Minister of Education and the last 10+ years as a church coaching strategist. All 6 churches experienced growth in baptisms, Sunday School attendance, enrollment and ministry development. While at Hunter Street Baptist Church, LifeWay designated HSBC as a teaching church where I led our team to share principles and ministry models with churches across the U.S.

During my 13.5 years at Hunter Street Baptist Church, HSBC received 20 Sunday School Eagle Awards for outstanding growth, development and training. HSBC baptized 2, 397 people, started over 260 new Sunday School classes and saw our Sunday School attendance increase  from 800 to over 3,500 and our worship attendance top 4,000.

I have written numerous articles and provided extensive training as a contract worker for LifeWay Christian Resources and the Alabama Baptist State Convention. Since 2004, I have been involved in ministering to churches across the southeastern U.S. as a consultant, coach and church strategist.
